Shop Management

The operation of the shop is overseen by the Management Committee that is voted into office at each Annual General Meeting.

The committee will from time to time co-opt members onto the Committee to draw on their particular expertise and ahead of their formal election.

The day to day trading operation of the shop is overseen by a Shop Manager who is part-time and salaried.

Loyalty Cards & Gift Vouchers

Our Loyalty Card scheme is designed to ensure that we reward our most regular customers. Each £10.00 of qualify expenditure entitles the customer to a stamp and ten stamps the ability to claim a £5.00 discount. OCS Gift Vouchers are available as a means of saving or treating friends and family. Each voucher is £5.00 in value and may be redeemed against any purchase.

Shareholders

Supporters are invited to become shareholders by purchasing shares at £10.00 each. Each shareholder is limited to one share with any additional payments treated as donations.

Shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is held in June each year.
